Root barrier, 1mm thick and 1200mm wide, supplied in a 10m roll to direct and contain root growth. Helps protect paving, foundations and underground services in landscaping and construction.
Control and direct root growth with this 1mm root barrier, designed to form a durable physical boundary in the soil. It helps prevent intrusion into paving, foundations, edging and service corridors while allowing healthy planting on the protected side. Supplied as a 1200mm x 10m roll (approx. 12 m²). When installed vertically, it provides up to 10m of continuous barrier at 1.2m depth and can be easily trimmed for shallower installations or tighter spaces. Suitable for residential and commercial landscapes, new plantings and retrofit works. Ideal for use along paths and driveways, around garden beds and lawns, and beside structures where root spread needs to be managed. Install vertically in a trench and secure according to site practice, ensuring joints are overlapped or sealed. Backfill and compact to support the barrier. Cuts cleanly with a utility knife or shears for quick, accurate fitting.
