Heavy-duty gabion basket sized 1950mm x 750mm x 1200mm H with 75x75mm mesh. AL-TEN aluminium-zinc alloy coating offers enhanced corrosion resistance for long-lasting landscape and retaining applications.
This robust gabion basket measures 1950mm x 750mm x 1200mm H and features a 75x75mm mesh aperture for secure stone retention and a clean, uniform face. It suits retaining walls, garden features, seating, screening, and erosion control.
Manufactured with an AL-TEN (aluminium-zinc alloy) corrosion-resistant coating, it is designed for long service life in demanding environments, including coastal and urban settings. The rigid mesh provides stability when correctly braced and filled.
Internal capacity is approximately 1.755 m3. For best results, use hard, angular rock sized to suit the 75x75mm mesh (commonly 100–200mm) to minimize bulging and ensure a neat finish.
Designed for on-site assembly using appropriate lacing wire or C-rings, with bracing during the fill. Prepare a level, compacted base, and where building a wall, consider a separation geotextile behind the basket to help prevent soil fines migrating into the rock.
