Robust gabion basket measuring 2000mm L x 1000mm W x 1000mm H with 100x50mm mesh in AL-TEN coated steel. Ideal for retaining walls, landscaping and erosion control; holds approximately 2.0 m3 of rock.
A robust gabion basket sized 2000mm (L) x 1000mm (W) x 1000mm (H), engineered for civil and landscape applications. Mesh aperture is 100x50mm for a tight, even face and reliable stone retention. Basket capacity is approximately 2.0 m3.
Constructed from AL-TEN coated steel wire for enhanced corrosion resistance in outdoor settings. Suitable for long-term installations when correctly assembled and filled with durable angular stone.
Use for gravity retaining walls, garden features, seat bases, headwalls and scour protection, or to clad and stabilise embankments. The 100x50mm mesh helps reduce bulging and improves finish on visible faces.
Install on a level, compacted base. Connect adjacent units securely and use bracing as required. Where backfilling, place a suitable geotextile between soil and basket to limit fines migration.
