This large steel mesh gabion measures 1950mm (L) x 975mm (W) x 1500mm (H) with a 75x75mm aperture. The AL-TEN corrosion-resistant coating helps protect the wire for long service life in landscape and civil applications.
Use it to build gravity retaining walls, garden terracing, freestanding features, or erosion control structures. The 75x75mm mesh delivers a neat stone face and excellent drainage when filled with clean, durable rock.
Supplied empty for on-site filling. Install on a level, compacted base; place geotextile between soil and the rear face where required; and tie panels securely for structural integrity. Can be stacked or combined with adjacent units of matching depth and height.
A modular format supports efficient installation and straightforward maintenance—damaged stones or sections can be accessed and replaced. When correctly installed with drainage, gabions relieve hydrostatic pressure and require minimal upkeep.
