This square gabion basket is sized 975 x 975 x 300 mm (H) with a 75x75 mm mesh aperture, ideal for compact, low-profile structures. The AL-TEN zinc–aluminium alloy coating provides dependable corrosion resistance for long service life in outdoor environments.
Use it for low retaining edges, garden borders, seating plinths, planter bases, and decorative landscape features. The footprint suits single-unit features or modular layouts where multiple baskets are aligned or stacked.
For best results, install on a level, well-compacted base and fill with hard, angular rock larger than the mesh aperture. Where soil is retained, place a suitable geotextile behind the basket to help prevent fines migration.
