This compact gabion basket measures 525 x 525 x 300 mm (H) with a 75 x 75 mm aperture, designed for neat, small-format structures. The AL-TEN aluminium-zinc alloy coating provides enhanced corrosion resistance for long service life in outdoor environments.
Use it to create garden edging, planter surrounds, low retaining features, steps, or seating plinths. Its clean, square footprint suits both residential and commercial landscape projects.
For best results, place on a firm, level base and assemble securely. Fill with hard, angular stone larger than the 75 mm mesh opening to minimise movement and maintain face alignment. Internal bracing may be used as needed to help the basket keep its shape during filling.
Combine multiple units side‑by‑side or stack where appropriate to build custom layouts. Consider a geotextile separator behind soil interfaces to prevent fines migration and keep the rock face clean, especially in planter or backfilled applications.
