Slim gabion basket measuring 1500 x 300 x 525mm with 75x75mm mesh in durable AL-TEN. Ideal for narrow retaining, edging and drainage-friendly features.
This slim gabion basket measures 1500 mm L x 300 mm W x 525 mm H, well-suited to tight spaces and narrow walls. With an internal volume of approximately 0.24 m³, it’s designed for stone fill to create stable, permeable structures.
Made from AL-TEN aluminium-zinc coated steel wire with a 75 x 75 mm square mesh, it offers dependable corrosion resistance and strength in outdoor environments. The 75 mm aperture supports secure retention of appropriately sized rock.
Typical uses include garden edging, planter surrounds, low retaining walls, columns and erosion control where drainage is required. The open mesh allows water to pass through, reducing hydrostatic pressure behind walls.
For best results, place on a level, compacted base and fill evenly with hard, clean stone larger than the mesh aperture, facing visible sides with selected rock for a neat finish. Units can be installed singly or combined to form longer runs and stepped heights.
