Compact gabion basket measuring 975 x 300 x 525 mm with 75x75 mm mesh. AL-TEN aluminium-zinc alloy coating provides enhanced corrosion resistance for durable landscaping and retaining applications.
This compact gabion basket measures 975 mm (L) x 300 mm (W) x 525 mm (H) with a 75x75 mm square mesh. It features an AL-TEN aluminium-zinc alloy coating on the steel wire for improved corrosion resistance and long service life in outdoor environments.
Sized for tight spaces, it’s ideal for garden edging, steps, planter surrounds, feature walls and low retaining sections where drainage and stability are important. The 75 mm aperture helps retain stone while allowing free drainage to reduce hydrostatic pressure.
Internal volume is approximately 0.154 m3; the quantity of stone required will vary with rock size and packing method. For best interlock and appearance, select a durable, angular rock larger than the mesh opening.
Install on a level, well-compacted base. Fill in layers and keep faces true and aligned; brace as needed. Where backfilled soil is present, incorporate suitable drainage and separation geotextile as required by your design.
