This root barrier is 1mm thick and supplied as a 600mm x 10m roll, ideal for residential and commercial landscaping. It creates a physical barrier to help redirect root growth and protect nearby structures and services. Use along garden beds, paths, driveways, retaining walls, fences, and utilities. At 600mm depth, it suits many shrubs and small to medium trees; for very aggressive species or bamboo, consider a deeper barrier. Install vertically in a trench with the top edge just above finished soil level. Overlap or butt-join lengths and secure with suitable tape or joiners (not included), then backfill and compact evenly. The 1mm thickness balances stiffness and flexibility for shaping around curves. The roll can be cut to size with a sharp knife or shears for neat corners and terminations.
