This slim-profile gabion basket measures 1500mm (L) x 300mm (W) x 975mm (H) with a 75x75mm square mesh aperture. The AL-TEN alloy coating provides robust corrosion resistance for long-term outdoor use. Internal volume approx. 0.44 m3.
Use it for narrow retaining walls, garden edging, terraces, and architectural features where space is limited. Baskets can be joined or stacked to create continuous runs and stepped structures.
Assemble on site and fill with hard, durable rock larger than the 75mm aperture to ensure secure confinement and a stable face. Incorporate suitable lacing and internal bracing as required by your design to maintain alignment during filling.
Prepare a level, well-compacted base with adequate drainage. When retaining soil, consider a geotextile separator behind the basket to limit fines migration and help keep the face clean.
