A robust reno mattress designed for erosion control and ground stabilization. Measuring 6 m (L) x 2 m (W) x 0.3 m (H), it is made from polymer-coated Galfan steel mesh to deliver strong corrosion resistance and durability.
Ideal for lining channels, riverbanks, spillways, weirs, and scour aprons, the mattress conforms to uneven ground and dissipates hydraulic energy. Its permeable structure allows water to pass through, helping reduce hydrostatic pressure while maintaining slope integrity.
The polymer-coated Galfan finish provides a dual layer of protection against corrosion and abrasion, supporting long service life in freshwater and coastal environments. Once filled with suitably graded rock, the system remains flexible, stable, and low maintenance. Over time, it can blend with the landscape and support natural vegetation growth where conditions allow.
Install on a prepared subgrade according to project requirements, assemble and secure connections, then fill with appropriate rock and close securely. Suitable for use as single units or in continuous runs to create effective channel lining and scour protection systems.
