Durable woven gabion basket in polymer coated Galfan for long-term corrosion resistance. Sized 2 m x 1 m x 1 m, ideal for retaining walls, erosion control and landscaping, and assembled on site.
This heavy-duty woven gabion basket measures 2 m x 1 m x 1 m and is manufactured from polymer coated Galfan wire for long-term corrosion resistance. Designed for structural landscaping and civil works, it provides a durable, permeable retaining unit.
The flexible woven mesh conforms to ground movement and irregular foundations, reducing the risk of cracking compared to rigid systems. The polymer coating over a zinc–aluminium (Galfan) base adds protection in aggressive environments, including coastal or high-rainfall areas.
Ideal for retaining walls, creek and shoreline protection, scour and erosion control, headwalls, noise barriers and architectural features. The rock-filled structure offers excellent drainage, helping relieve hydrostatic pressure behind walls.
Supplied flat for transport efficiency, the basket is assembled on site and filled with clean, durable rock to the specified project requirements. Adjacent units can be connected with compatible lacing or fasteners to create continuous structures.
Low maintenance and naturally integrating with the landscape, gabions can be vegetated over time for a softer finish. Size shown: 2 m (L) x 1 m (W) x 1 m (H).
