This compact gabion measures 525 mm x 525 mm x 525 mm (H) with a 75 x 75 mm mesh aperture. It is manufactured from steel mesh protected by an AL-TEN aluminium-zinc alloy coating for long-term corrosion resistance in outdoor environments.
Sized for versatility, it suits small retaining accents, garden edging, pillars, furniture bases, and architectural features. Use single units for stand-alone elements or combine multiples to create modular designs.
For best results, fill with hard, angular stone larger than the mesh opening (typically 100 mm or more) to minimise movement and spilling. The internal capacity is approximately 0.145 m³, helping you estimate the quantity of rock required.
Install on a level, well-compacted base. Assemble and secure panels with suitable lacing or connectors, and brace during filling to maintain clean lines and structural integrity.
