This heavy-duty gabion basket combines 5 mm wire with a 75 x 75 mm square mesh for strength and clean lines. Measuring 1950 mm (L) x 525 mm (W) x 525 mm (H), it features an AL-TEN aluminium-zinc alloy coating for reliable corrosion resistance. Sized for narrow spaces and modular builds, it suits low retaining walls, garden edging, planters, benches, and decorative stone features. Use singly or combine with baskets of matching height and depth to extend length. Assemble on-site and fill with appropriately sized rock to suit the 75 x 75 mm mesh. Compatible with common gabion joining methods such as lacing wire, spirals, or clips; ensure a level base and use bracing where required. The 5 mm wire provides rigidity under load, while the alloy coating helps resist weathering in outdoor environments. When properly filled and well packed, the cage forms a stable, low-maintenance structure.
