Robust woven geotextile for mud control and base stabilisation. The 4m x 25m roll (100 m2) installs under gravel or road base to separate soft subgrade, reduce rutting, and extend surface life.
Mudstop Geotextile Fabric 4m x 25m (165gsm) Woven is a robust separation and stabilisation layer for soft or muddy ground. Placed under gravel, road base or pavers, it helps stop fines moving up into the surface, improves bearing capacity, and keeps access areas usable longer.
The medium-weight 165gsm woven construction provides strength with low stretch, suitable for driveways, access tracks, parking pads and work areas. The 4m width reduces joins on wider paths and lanes, and the 25m length delivers 100 m2 total coverage per roll.
The woven structure permits water movement while limiting intermixing of soil and aggregate, helping to control mud and rutting. It can be cut to size with a utility knife or shears for quick, tidy installation.
Prepare a reasonably firm subgrade, remove sharp protrusions, then unroll with overlaps of 300–500 mm at joins. Secure with ground staples or pins as needed, and cover promptly with a suitable depth of compacted aggregate appropriate to expected loads.
Ideal under gravel driveways, temporary site access, rural gateways, shed surrounds and hardstand build-ups where a stable, cleaner surface is required.
