Heavy-duty gabion made from 5mm aluminium-zinc coated steel with 75x75mm mesh. Size 975 x 525 x 975 mm (approx. 0.50 m³) for compact walls, pillars and landscape features.
This heavy-duty gabion cage measures 975 mm (L) x 525 mm (W) x 975 mm (H) with a 75 x 75 mm mesh aperture. Constructed from 5 mm wire in AL-TEN aluminium-zinc coated steel, it is designed for long-lasting performance in landscaping and structural applications.
The 5 mm wire diameter and 75 mm grid provide strong panel rigidity and a clean, uniform finish. The AL-TEN coating delivers durable corrosion resistance for outdoor use across a wide range of environments.
Supplied flat for on-site assembly, the unit is installed on a level, stable base and secured with appropriate lacing wire or spirals as specified for your project. Fill with clean, angular stone larger than the mesh opening and brace corners and mid-panels during filling. Approximate internal volume: 0.50 m³.
Use individually as a column, seat base or feature, or combine multiple units to create low retaining walls, edging, and screens. Where the gabion sits against soil, consider a suitable geotextile separator to help prevent fines migration.
